Ms. Florio joined the firm in March 2020 and practices in the areas of insurance defense and civil litigation. She received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Emory University in 2004. Ms. Florio earned her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2008.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Florio was a prosecutor of felony and misdemeanor offenses for over 10 years. She specialized in prosecuting crimes against women and children in the Special Victims Unit as a Senior District Attorney in the Cobb County District Attorney’s Office. Ms. Florio was a Senior District Attorney in the Clayton County District Attorney’s Office and a Senior Assistant Solicitor-General in Cobb County, Henry County, and Gwinnett County.
Ms. Florio lives in Smyrna with her husband and three sons. She enjoys running, watching movies, and trying to keep up with her boys.
