Lauren Thrasher joined the firm as an Associate Attorney in 2021 and practices in the areas of automobile negligence, civil litigation, and insurance defense. Mrs. Thrasher began her career in criminal defense at a private firm and as a public defender in the Stone Mountain Judicial Circuit. She gained extensive trial advocacy experience, including jury trials ranging from traffic tickets to murder. In addition to her practice, Mrs. Thrasher is an Adjunct Professor at Emory University School of Law where she serves as an attorney coach for the mock trial team. She also is a member of the teaching faculty for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.
Mrs. Thrasher graduated from The University of Georgia with a B.A. in History. She graduated from Emory University School of Law with honors. During law school, Mrs. Thrasher served as the Director-in-Chief of the Mock Trial Society. She also was the recipient of numerous awards recognizing her excellence in trial advocacy.
In her free time, Mrs. Thrasher loves spending time with her family, picking up a good book, and cheering on the Dawgs.
