biography

Lacy Smith joined the firm as an Associate Attorney in 2021 and practices in the areas of automobile negligence, insurance defense and civil litigation. Before joining the firm, Mrs. Smith practiced criminal defense as a public defender in the Stone Mountain Judicial Circuit where she represented clients in both bench and jury trials on cases ranging from traffic violations to serious felonies.

Mrs. Smith received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Georgia College and State University in 2012. She graduated cum laude from Georgia State University, College of Law in 2016.

In her free time, she enjoys attending Atlanta United Games with her husband, and spending time with their two children.
