Mr. Uhelski joined the firm in 2019 and practices in the areas of insurance defense, civil litigation, and criminal litigation. He earned his undergraduate degree in English from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He earned his law degree from Emory University School of Law, where he worked as a legal research assistant and taught LSAT classes on weekends. After earning his law degree, he spent several years in education management, teaching the LSAT, MCAT, GRE, ACT, and SAT at various locations throughout the Southeast.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Uhelski practiced criminal defense in Henry County, Georgia, representing indigent criminal defendants on a court-appointed basis. He has served as a dispossessory Answer Clinician at the Fulton County Housing Court Assistance Center as well as a Volunteer Attorney with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, mountain biking, snowboarding, and composing music on his keyboard and guitar.
