biography

Mr. Panella joined the firm in 2018 and practices in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, and automobile negligence. Mr. Panella received his undergraduate degree in Sports Journalism from the University of Tennessee in 2013. He went on to earn his law degree from Cumberland School of Law, where he was a Member of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy.  In addition, Mr. Panella was both a Trial Advocacy Board Member and a competitor for Cumberland’s National Mock Trial Team. While in law school, Mr. Panella achieved Dean’s List honors in every semester and was recognized with two (2) trial advocacy awards. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Panella practiced criminal defense law in Atlanta. He is admitted to practice in all Georgia trial courts.

Mr. Panella enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, exercising, hiking, traveling, finding good restaurants, reading, journaling, and being a faithful husband.
